ruturajvarne Posted May 29, 2015 Report Posted May 29, 2015 Hi, My employer filed for PERM in End of November 2014 and Today I got the decision that my PERM is denied. Reason for the denial is : I do not have experience on some technologies that were mentioned in my 9089. But after review of my PERM and Employment Verification Letter by Lawyers, Lawyers confirmed that it is clearly mentioned that I do have 2+ years of experience in those technologies. So lawyers have decided to Appeal this Decision. I have my I-140 approved with my previous employer. My question is Generally how much time is required by DOL to come to a decision after Appeal? What should I do to support this Appeal? Thanks..
jairichi Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 No specific timeline for any appeals. You have to do nothing as it the job of employer and attorney.
