VO said it usually takes about a week.On 26 may i got mail asking about my work location and details about my client..i replied same day mentioning my work location as i dont work with client..No response yet!!please guys help i am stuck here since 15 days!
usa@2008 Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 I have same situation at Ottawa embassy from April 10th and submitted all required documents last month already, but as of today no updates ( got an email on may 8th saying that it will be done by next week but no updates) I am also Waiting in Ottawa canada only. what type of questions he was asking?

usa@2008 Posted May 31, 2015 Report Posted May 31, 2015 He took my original LCA , 797, 129, all I-20s, client and vendor letters, and he returned my passport saying with it takes upto 2 weeks but as of today I have completed 7 weeks but no updates yet. Yes I work at client location and they sent an Email to client asking with do I work with them on site or not ? ( they replied yes ) They also ask me all transcripts so I have submitted everything 1 month ago. Yeah I am also waiting from last 7 weeks and no idea how long it takes. If possible please share your email address too. Thanks

What is the DS160 status showing, ( I knew should be admin processing but my case status went to admin after around 28 days, earlier it was showing as ready only )Here is my email address , please contact me through email : **************@gmail.com

sam77 Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 When i had delays in getting passport(Jan'15 - no 221g) , I called them and able to reach them..You can check my old post ..I had posted some more details Best time to call - 1 pm to 2pm ..They picked up and explained me whats going..And they do read emails..Just that they dont respond ..
Rupinderjit Posted June 5, 2015 Author Report Posted June 5, 2015 I tried to ccall embassy many time between 1 to 4..they transfer call to lady who is Not on desk till Monday..no body entertain calls or emails..My attorney and and my employer hav already email them Couple of times but no response..i hAv been told one week And now its been 21 days!!!
usa@2008 Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 That's correct and I spoke to the same lady few weeks ago, just she was checking with the officer who's working on my file, and said it takes a month.......but I have completed already 56 days in Ottawa. I think you seen my earlier posts also, I got an email from them on May 8th saying with it takes a week to complete but after that week , it's 4 more weeks gone so far.....no idea how long it takes still Again, I am not seeing your email address on profile, can you please update and let me know.
