I was initially thinking about scheduling an H4 visa appointment for her. But her HR manager told her that they can find her a project in US. Is it really possible that she can get the work authorization right now since H1b lottery for the present year is already over? Is there any other visa category that can allow her the authorization to work here if her present company finds her a project in US? If anyone has knowledge on this, please share.
