Hi

My Case is as follows:

Employer A filed H1 petition in Jan 2011 which to approved in August 2011 and i received I797c. Then i went for stamping in september and the visa officer issued 221g yellow slip asking ffrom the employer to submit tax slips, client letter etc. I now have the approved I797c with me which was valid from july 6, 2011 to july 5, 2012 and the 221g yellow slip. So until now i have not H1 Visa issued on passport which means no stamping was done until today and i never travelled to US until now.

What could be the best option to utilize this H1 petition or I797c?

Can any employer sponsor me now irrespective of the cap limit?

Any complication or risk involved in such procedures?

Whether  all the process like LCA, H1 filing, Approval of new H1, Visa interview, Stamping are required now?

Please answer / guide  me on this as iam very seriously planning my career based on this

New employer can file cap exempt H1 for you at any time.

If you are really concerned about your future, then find a full time job not a consulting firm. It will ruin your career in US.
