H1b - The fee will be refunded

I filed for H-1b visa this year and my application was picked and I received a I-797 with a receipt number. This morning, I received an update saying that "My fee will be refunded". It also says that "this does not affect the processing and location of my case". I am puzzled. Has anyone received such update? What could be the reason? Any help is appreciated.

Was you case made under premium processing? I received this update for my case processed under "General/Normal" processing.
