Minimum Timeline to Shift Employer in H1B

Hi ,

 

I have come to US on H1B and work for an MNC and in US since 2 months.

 

I am looking for options to change employer in near future (maybe in 4-5 months) who can process me H1B transfer and need to know if there is any minimum time period for me to shift jobs on H1B

There is no min time to file H1 transfer.

No. There is no minimum time for this. You need to be on a payroll and working to be on status. But as long as you are in status, any employer can file for your H1 anytime.
