New H1 B Stamping date before July

Hi All,

 

I am currently in India. My employer in US have filed a H1B petition for me. Now the petition is approved and i received all the documents for stamping.

 

My questions are

 

1. Can i go for stamping before July or Do i need to wait till first week of July?

 

2. Is it good to go H4 stamping along with me ?
