Spouse getting L2

Me and my spouse came to USA on L2.

We had a major dispute and living on separation for last 2 years.

During the last dispute judge given verdict I don't have any liability to support her for false aqusitions.

I renewed my Visa but since I don't know her where abouts I never renewed her ViSA and EAD.

However I just came to know she got a extension on her EAD and living Liigaly on L2.

Question.

How she can file and get approval on L2 extension without my signature and papers? Is this exterior is legal? If yes in what grounds?

If I complain to USCIS will her visa can be revoked?
