care_candidate Posted May 27, 2015 Report Posted May 27, 2015 I am EB-2 with an approved I-140 and waiting for priority date. When my PERM was filed, my salary was slightly less than that specified in prevailing wage PERM. I know that was acceptable. So my question is: Does my salary needs to be equal or exceeded to PERM documented salary when I get my green card?
