dsab Posted May 26, 2015 Report Posted May 26, 2015 I had a h1b approved and valid from 02/15/2001 to 07/06/2003. I have travelled to usa and worked on h1b for about a year and came back to india. I would like to revisit and work in USA. Wish to know if i can renew the same h1b without needing to go to lottery ? Please help me with your answer.

livliv Posted May 26, 2015 Report Posted May 26, 2015 No, AFAIK USCIS only considers H1B's within the last 6 years for cap-exempt petition. But an experienced attorney may be able to help.
