abhi2705 Posted May 26, 2015 Report Posted May 26, 2015 Hello All, I am filing H4 EAD on my wife's behalf and one of the supporting document on the USCIS website is listed as "Birth Certificate with photo ID". Will a copy of her birth certificate be sufficient? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
arnabmk Posted May 28, 2015 Report Posted May 28, 2015 I believe birth certificate should be fine with a copy of the drivers license or any state id which has a photo.
