Extension with amendment or just extension

Want some clarification with recent announcement of agency,

 

Guys here is my case, 

3 yrs H1 is about to end in oct 15 , recently moved to a different location (same client- Its client office change) with in the same county , different zip codes and cities ( 6 miles distance from old place to new). A new LCA is obtained by my employer , but extension is coming (for same client) so just wondering , what should I do ? File extension in AUG with amendment or just extension ? 

I believe only extension should be fine with new lca but wanted to know others opinion who gone through same situation or have a similar experience, BTW my company's lawyer is bakvas, I dont trust them,

No need of amendment if its within same MSA.

Thanks for your reply, How can I find that its in same MSA ? Wikipedia has mixed list , Is there any particular government website where we can check ? I think many people are looking for this

Thanks for responding Rahul , but how can we know that counties and cities fall into the same MSA ? Wiki has info about MSAs but I found it confusing , Is there any government website where we can go and check the details about MSA?
