H1b Visa Issue

Hi All,
I applied for H1B visa last year April 2014. I got it approved on October 2014. I got a NOID From USCIS on December 2014. it said, I filed two Petitions and are identical. It is not true. I got jobs from 2 companies. My Company submitted the required documents on December 24 2014 as a reply to NOID. Now the status changed from NOID to , "We received the response to the RFE, we are working on the case". It is pending from 5 months. what should i do? Am i still on H1b?

Your employer/attorney can contact USCIS and place a service request.

Is your end client in both petitions same?

Is the role,wage, job location same in both petitions?

If you can mention this, someone would be able to answer you

My Approved H1B is in RFE now. My H1b to F1 Status is pending. Can you please let me know what is my visa status?

           My end clients are different. Both are multinational companies. The role may be same. I am an application developer. The wage and job location are different.

If end client, job locations are different then i dnt see why noid is issued in your case, its strange. What about the second petition, was it approved before the 1st one or later or rejected?
