Kiranmayi Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 Hi, Currently I am on OPT. If I won't get job within in 90 days when should I apply for Change of Status (COS) to H4 ? If I Apply for COS after 90 days will it cause my visa status go invalid. Or Do I have 60 day grace period ? Thanks in Advance for the response.
