Hello Everyone,

i came to pursue my masters in UTC in dept of EE. Done with my first semester but was in probation with 2.66 gpa got B B C grades. In my second semester i couldn't concentrate as well due to financial issues and family problems and also my leg was got fractured. i any how gave my exams but got the same grades with same gpa. now the university terminated me coz of having and maintaining low GPA. and also my SEVIS got terminated. now im in a situation where my doors are closed. i met my proff and told him my situation. he made a commitment that i need to retake of the C grade course i accepted it. He also gave me a LOR. the admissions office accepted this but intern they asked me proof of funding. i gave them a new proof of funding by showing current bank details. my international student adviser gave me a RE-IN Statement form i.e. I-539. she also told me that i need to write a letter to USCIS regarding my current situation and ask them for help to  activate my sevis. she told me that if they accept you its fine. else if they denied you, yu must leave the country. what to do now??  i dont have any other admits too. i've applied to 2 universities. if i got the adimit can my sevis get transferred?? can i go back to India??

please help me out..!!!

thanks in advaance...

Why did you have financial issues? You had to provide proof of funding. Where did that money go? Or was the proof of funding fake?

Realistically, you probably should return to your home country. If you have problems from the start in your chosen field of study, changing universities won't help.  It may sound harsh, but not everybody is made for the high;y abstract advanced studies. It is different than undergrad studies. You may have had good grades as an undergrad, but at the graduate level, everybody is as smart or smarter than you. I personally made that discovery as well, and I had to work very hard to get through that. Distractions can easily doom the degree aspirations.

hi yeah i showed fake documents but doesn't bother coz i paid the fees. now my sevis got terminated if i go back to india i cant return back. is immigration people accepted me its fine no issues i can continue my studies. RE-instatement is the form i need to fill up. my friend faced the same problem and immigration ppl accepted it. so ill apply for and wait for the positive response.

Your school DSO gave you correct advice, but an attorney will be more helpful in this case. Contact an attorney.

Ahh, an attitude...

Admitting fraud and still having the nerve to try to continue with the fraud...

You eventually will get into lots of trouble, fraudster.
