Sandhya003 Posted May 21, 2015 Report Posted May 21, 2015 Hello i have valid h4 status to apply for h4EAD . but my question is i got picked up in lottery and my h1b is in processing .. so am i eligible to apply for H4 EAD with out knowing H1B status .
