H4 EAD - New I765 or existing?

I read through the FAQs posted by USCIS yesterday, but it is not clear to me if a new version of Form I765 will be made available or not. does anyone know ?

 

If the existing form is to be used then what to write as answer to # 16 "Who may file for I-765" ?

will the answer be "© (26) "?

 

Also Can I use the current forms and fedex the docs on Friday 22 with instructions to deliver on Tuesday 26th OR better to wait till morning of 26th to find out if there are any surprises on the USCIS site?

the forum website's formatting is changing c in parenthesis to copyright symbol

Current form is not for H4 EAD, so you have to wait. Just have some patience, if you submit the app with old form your application will be rejected.
