If now I change job to a new company, the new company need to file new PERM and i-140 again. Since these days PERM audit percentage is as high as 30% to 40%, I am worrying about if I change job and the new PERM get audit. Could you help provide some estimation what is the chance a new PERM in new company get audited if the previous PERM is approved, if the new position are similar role. Thanks!
