care_candidate Posted May 20, 2015 Report Posted May 20, 2015 I am EB-2 India with I-140 approved. My Priority date is Feb 2009 and they are workin on Oct 2008 applications. So I am just 4-5 months away and every month since last 3-4 months priority date is moving 5-6 months. So is it safe for me to do Doctor's check now. It is valid for one year.
