H1B employment gap

Hello,

I had a query regarding my H1B employment gap, below is my situation, I'm currently employed with employer A, have an offer from employer B with the H1 approved and valid i94 record.

However my employer A is ready to release me a month earlier than my anticipated date.

There by it is creating a 30 day employment gap by the time I join employer B.

 

Can someone please enunciate the associated risks for the potential 30 day employment gap I might have and what would be my status?
