OPT Extension to H1B Client change before H1B starts

Hi,

 

I am on OPT Extension and it has validity till DEC 2015. My H1B got approved this year(May 2015) for 3 years with XXX client and high probability of contract ending with the client XXX before my H1B start date(OCT 1st).

 

1) Shall I wait till my contract ends or shall I start looking for another project before contract ends?

2)what king of queries I can expect from USCIS if my contract ends and applied for H1B amedment?

3)what are my chances of getting H1B amedment approval for 3years with another client?

4) If I have stay with the current client till what month do I need stay with out any problem from USCIS?

1. Your employer can start looking for new projects.

2. About actual existence of job for which H1B filed. Mostly will result in denial of your original H1B petition.

3. After OCT 1st you are fine.

4. It is not the matter of staying. It is about working and being paid.
