H1 (I-140 approved) gets New Job > Apply H4 EAD

Hello,

 

I have an H1B and have an approved I-140. 

Can I switch jobs after the H4-EAD application for my wife, will the I-140 from the previous employer be counted or will it affect the H4-EAD application?

 

Any help would be great.
