Status change from B1 to H1 while H1 on AP

Hi Friends,

 

I am in a difficult situation. Here are my details. 

 

I am working with a big MNC in India, I filed my H1B in 2014 through a consultancy(its not that MNC which  I am working now) on cap exemption and went to stamping in January 2015. Unluckily, got 221G asking for some documents from client. I submitted the response letter from client in 2 days. Since then, I don't have update. My MNC company asked me to travel on B1 in April (I already hold B1 visa with this MNC) and currently I am in US. 

 

My question below.

 

What is the best possible way I can do with my H1B which is currently in administrative processing to stay back in US and continue to work? As I came for 1 month on B1, i have to return in few weeks from now.

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Best way is to exit US and enter with a valid H1B visa and I797.
