H1b Petition amendment & Visa staming

Team,

 

I work for a consulting IT firm. They had paid for my H1b petition extension which is approved and i was working in US for client A till mar 2015. After that meanwhile my firm finds next assignment for me i came to India on vacation. But I have to go for visa stamping now since my visa got expired in Mar 2014 but i have valid petition extension till 2017. 

 

Now my company got new assignment for me with client B and had applied for new LCA but then they got confirmation from Attorney that even H1b petition amendment is also required. They had initiated that as well. It got approved also but since this process took some time, that client requirement is no longer available. Meanwhile my company could find new opportunity with client C and want me to go ahead to work for Client C. But i believe that new LCA and amendment will be again required which is time consuming

 

Can you please guide with below concerns#

 

1) Will it be mandate to go for new client petition amendment for Client C or LCA should be suffice?

 

2) Will it be possible to go for visa stamping with client B LCA, approved petition  amendment and get it done AND then go for amendment request for client C so that stamping atleast gets done at earliest?

 

3) Client C location is there in original H1b petition LCA which i had received back in 2012 but now extended petition which was approved in 2014 has new location. Does original petition LCA still hold valid?

 

Please assist since this is resulting into loosing opportunities due to mandate H1b amendment compulsion
