H4 EAD when I-140 Revoked from Employer A

Hello Experts,

I am on H4 Visa and my wife has I140 from his previous employer A. She is now with new employer B on H1B visa and is going through PERM process with employer B.

 

My question

 

1) Can I use her I140 from employer A for filing for H4 EAD? 

 

The thing is her previous employer revoked her I-140 ....Is it still valid for me to apply using her priority date to file for my EAD or is it Mandatory to have an Valid I-140 for me to apply for H4 EAD?

If its revoked then you cannot get H4 EAD. Does your wife has H1 ext beyond 6 yrs?
