krishcrown Posted May 18, 2015 Report Posted May 18, 2015 EB3, PD 2006 EB2 PERM Approved last week (same employer filed in 11/2013) after an audit. Should I do premium processing for I-140 along with the concurrent processing of my spouse's 485? It says 4 months processing time for 140. I am assuming 485 won't be processed after 140 approval. So if I don't do 140 premium proocessing, will I be missing the GC for this year's quota?
jairichi Posted May 18, 2015 Report Posted May 18, 2015 You can do PP for I-140 if you want. An I485 can be filed only if PD is current. If you fall in ROW (Rest of World) then concurrent filing of I-485 is possible.
