VLAD02 Posted May 15, 2015 Report Posted May 15, 2015 If there is PCC for Canada stamped on the passport, will it create any issues to get the H4 visa? I mean if the consulate officer goes through the passport during the visa interview and notices the PCC issued for immigration to Canada on passport, can he decline the H4 visa? If anyone has knowledge on this, please share the same. Thanks
satya2k1 Posted May 19, 2015 Report Posted May 19, 2015 No... PCC for canada immigration has NOthing to do with the H4 stamping.. I know my friend had PCC stamped in the passport and she got H4 visa stamped in Ottawa just last month.
