Typo Error in LCA insted of Client Address it has Home Address

Hi, 

One of MY friend LCA was filed at Home Address instead of Client Address, which was human error while applying the LCA, but rest of the Support Document’s States that consulting is working at Client site. Now USCIS had issue a REF on it. Please advise on it how can we answer it or new LCA to be applied.

When it is an error then it has to be rectified. New LCA has to be filed. If this is a cap subject H1B petition then there is a possibility of denial due to this error.
