Please Help !! Need to go to India for some days but my Visa Expired

I applied for H 1 this year for 2nd time and my application is not picked. So i am again going to colege as F1 CPT. I want to go to India for some days but my visa expired to fly. Can you please suggest how i can get visa to go to India for some days.

F1 CPT? Is it a legit CPT? If you are an Indian national you do not need a visa to enter India. If you mean you want to apply for a F1 visa then you need to need to fill DS160, pay visa fee, attend biometrics and interview.

That's clear abuse of CPT, dude you messed up everything. Forget about H1 and visa, contact an attorney now.
