Question for those who have very close priority date

My priority date is Feb 2009 for EB2 India so I am expecting it will become current in next 2 months. What will be sequence of activities once it becomes current? I already have all documents ready....at least that's what I think

 

People in my boat or with recently filed I-485 can answer this based on your experience.

File I-485,EAD and AP when the  date becomes current. If I-140 is not yet approved upgrade to premium at that time.

You  will  need to get medical tests done but they are valid for 1 yr only.

Thanks for your response. Can you give me rough estimate on how much time it takes once I file I-485 until I receive EAD or AP and most importantly GC. I have about 6 months before retrogression occurs in december. So I again need to wait for few more months.

Assuming you can file on July 1 EAD /AP takes @ 90 days to process. I expect dates to retrogress by Oct 2015 in which case  GC will be approved only after daes become current again which could be next year. If they remain current until Dec you have good chance of getting GC this year.
