Obama-executive order for h1B and I-140 Approved cases for EAD

Please let us know any possibility or hope we can see EAD for Approved I-140 after 6 year H1B cases within this year ?.

I got information from murthy some month before that they were proposing letter AOL that AC21 act; I am seeing  rumor that by sep they will allow file EAD without current PR ?

MY PR is 8thJAn2012. current movement for EB2 is average 6 month an do you think any restoration on this year and if movent continues until end of oct then date may come near 2012. Compare to china we are almost 5 years behind.

 

Did you think EB2 will move atleast 2011 or jan2012 end of this year. if my math is correct and we reached same date last year before restoration.
