vksrikanth Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 Hi all, Last year I moved along with my wife on a dependent h4 Visa. I wanted to do masters so I got an admission after coming here. I started my studies in h4 Visa and I also applied for F1. Now my F1 went to RFE and it is still pending ( suppose to get a decision by JAN 20 but still waiting) This year, my employer sponsored for H1B and I got picked up in the lottery. Now I have two petitions under process at the USCIS. Is there a chance where my H1 will get affected because of the this F1? I am more particular about my H1 . Should I worry about this? Should I withdraw my F1 ? What if my f1 is approved before h1?, Will there be an RFE for h1 then? Regards, Eswar.
