How long does Appeal take?

Hi,

 

After receiving an audit on Feb 2014, my LABOR got denied with the reason that my company could not prove why needs me. The lawyer filed an appeal by mentioning why this issue was not asked in audit process. Also he included Business Necessity Statement in the appeal.

 

So my question is how long an appeal may take?
