But I was not able to join them due to health reasons and requested for withdrawal. Even though employer assured withdrawal is done on time and will put me back in H4,the H1 got approved and later revoked on May-8-2015. Now I am traveling back to India and planning to for H4 stamping. 1. What should be the response for the "Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa?" in DS 160. 2. Also I am thinking to utilize the interview waiver program for H4 stamping,is it fine? Please suggest the right step.
