Applying for Canadian tourist visa when H-1B extension is filed with uscis

I have applied for Canadian tourist visa  2 weeks before, and my employer has applied for my H-1B extension a week after that, I had informed my employer about my tentative travel plans but the extension was filed earlier, will there be any impacts on my pending petition with uscis.

I have plans to travel to Canada,  I have my current visa approved until Aug 2, and my H-1B extension petition is pending with USCIS. Can I travel to Canada and re-enter to US with the current approved  H-1B petition before Aug 2? Please advice

Is your travel less than 30days?? If yes, then search "AVR" for more info.

The travel  is going to be less than 30 days, can I travel and return back to the states on a date i.e after Aug 2, after my the visa stamping date has expired as well?
