vishnucse Posted May 11, 2015 Report Posted May 11, 2015 Hello, My wife has a H4 visa stamp on her passport which was issued in April 2012 - expired on April 23rd 2015.( H4 visa stamp - petitioner ABC company) She converted from H4 to H1 in OCT 2013. Petition filed by the same ABC company. She is planning for H4 visa stamping for the same ABC company. Is she Eligible for the Interview Waiver program or does she need to go for In-Person interview.
