kan1980 Posted May 11, 2015 Report Posted May 11, 2015 Hi: I am applying for H4 EAD. I am waiting for updated I-765 to be published by the USCIS. I have few questions though. 1) Do I have to pay the Biometrics Services Fee? 2) I live in California. To what address do I send the forms? Thanks.

jobas2007 Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 As per my knowledge the PDF version of the form is available at http://www.uscis.gov.../form/i-765.pdf Further I believe uscis is giving option to e-file the application, but has some eligiblity criterias, which are uncler to me. Hence, was reaching out to forum to see if someone has more insight into e-file vs paper application for H4 EAD application. Secondly, does anyone knows if the applicant can travel outside country after appying for H4 EAD, while the case is still being adjucated by USCIS?
