I-140 cancel and job change

I work for Company A and want to change job and join company B. I understand I will get 3 years H1B with company B based on approved I140. Assume that Company A will withdraw I140. If I want to change jobs again after one year, will I get remaining period of H1B(2 years) with company C. I would appreciate a response. Thanks.

At the time of filing you should have valid I140.
