I applied for CR2 visa for my twins that were born outside the US but the consular officer asked that I get them CRBA instead. The problem now is that I don't have enough documents to prove 5 years residency in the US which is part of the requirements for the CRBA. Can I go back to the embassy and request they grant my kids the CR2 visa since I'm not able to get their CRBA? Thank you Link to comment
