Note: Blanket L1 visa applicants do not qualify,but Blanket L2 spouses are eligible. ------------------------------ With the above requirement for dropbox i qualify but no my dependents. Can we still use the drop box option. My daughter and wife visa expired april, 2014. They have valid approved I797 till Jan 2016. My H1 is already 6 years completed and I have I797 Approved till jan 2016. My visa has expired Dec 2014. All of our visas were stamped in Chennai. We as a whole family eligible for dropbox or should we need to visit the consulate. Need help....
