shivdev4ever Posted May 9, 2015 Report Posted May 9, 2015 I had H1 visa which was valid from 2007 to 2010. I never used H1 meaning couldn't come to USA because of personal reason. At this point I am in USA on L1. My question is to get the H1 status again do I need to go though the lottery process?
