H1B transfer to new company query

Hello, I've valid H1B with my previous employer(A) along with stamping. Recently I thought of moving to another company(B) and during that process I came to India and they initiated my H1B in consular processing and later got an RFE which is still in process. Now my question is can I travel back to US with my previous employer's(A) H1B or not?
