My current H1 is expiring on 04/Jan/2016, can I go for stamping in June/2015

Hi,

 

  My current H1 is expiring on 01/04/2016. I ( means my employer) cannot file my extension as I am not within the 6 months time frame. I want to got to India in June,2015 and I need to go for stamping. Will there be an issue with stamping as my H1 is going to expire in next 6months ?

I am working in EVC model and working for same client from past 4 years. I changed my employer when working for the same client.

My last stamping was in 2007.

Can anyone share their thought or known stories or expreience ?
