H-1B file in Regular and got RFE. Responded and upgraded to PP

Hello All,

 

I filed my H-1B in regular in February 2015 and received an RFE on 04/06. Responded back to RFE and also upgraded to PP to get a quicker result. Presently, the status shows:

On April 29, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number XXXXXX. Our Vermont Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by June 28, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Even though I upgraded to PP, why is the status showing 60 days for a decision? I am worried and I really appreciate inputs.

It is an error. You will get a decision by 15 calendar days.

Was the premium processing check cashed?  Your employer or attorney may be able to email the Premium Processing Unit about the case if so.
