Personal details exist under a different profile error while trying for appointment

So I am trying to get a dropbox appointment for my wife and child. My passport is already stamped till 12/2018, so I dont need to get a renewal but my wife and child's stamping has expired. When I log into the cgifederal site to setup an appointment there is no way to remove my personal details. So instead of 2 persons I have to add 3. If I create a new profile for my wife, it gives the error that the details already exost under a different profile.

 

Has anyone faced this problem. If so what is the solution.
