samsun2204 Posted May 7, 2015 Report Share Posted May 7, 2015 hi, i am currently on h1 6 year and recently changed client in exactly 60 days ago. i asked employer and he kept saying yes approved and received approval. apparantly duhh he got confused with my labor perm. so to my astonishment we found just now he didnot apply lca. can any one advise me here. is it gonna be a issue if we apply lca tommorow morning with march 2 as start date in the lca application... please appreciate your time and effort Link to comment
