VISA approved.

Requested VO if passport can be picked up at the consulate. He said that passport can only be picked from Loomis.

Status changed from admin processing to approved on 5/6 some time in the morning.(interview 5/5).

Received email from Loomis at 4.46 PM 5/6. Went to Loomis office around 5.40PM. They said that the night shift person receives the passports , but office will be closed at that time. They asked us to come around 8AM on 5/7.
