Early April, we heard back that they wanted more information and we immediately provided details. Haven't heard anything since then. Could you advise the situation here? Is there something wrong with my case or is there a backlog or something? Thank you very much.

Normally it takes 6-8 months, if they come back to you with some info and you have provided it will take 2-3 months for them to verify.
