Changed Employer on new H1 When H4 Approval is Pending

Hi 

 

I have changed from my old employer to a new one with a new H1 Approval

 

My wife's H4 is pending Approval , how should i proceed now as the old H1 may be revoked by the old employer 

 

Should i apply for H4 again with the new H1 Copy
