Me or attorny havnt received the case number yet...is it safe to resign from my current employer or shall I wait until i receive the case number? Link to comment
jairichi Posted May 5, 2015 Report Share Posted May 5, 2015 Wait for receipt notice to be generated and also for H1B petition to be approved. You will end up having issue if your H1B petition with new employer is denied and previous employer has revoked your H1B petition. Link to comment
